Accessibility Statement.

Our commitment to making this site usable by everyone, what we've tested, what we know about, and how to tell us if we've missed something.

Our commitment

Ad Astra Human Performance is committed to making this website accessible to as many people as possible, in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We treat accessibility as a design constraint, not a retrofit.

What we've done

  • The site uses semantic HTML throughout (proper heading hierarchy, landmark elements, list and table structure where appropriate).
  • All interactive elements have visible focus indicators and are keyboard-navigable.
  • Colour contrast on body text meets WCAG AA on every page; large display text meets AAA.
  • The site is fully responsive across phone, tablet and desktop. Text reflows correctly at 400% zoom without horizontal scrolling.
  • All images have descriptive alt attributes or are marked decorative where appropriate.
  • Form fields have visible labels (not placeholder-only).
  • The site respects prefers-reduced-motion — users who have disabled animation in their OS see a still version.
  • Self-hosted fonts mean text loads quickly even on slow connections, and falls back to system serif/sans cleanly if the network fails.

Known issues

We are aware of the following limitations and are actively working on them:

  • Some of the simulators in our Games library are interactive, dynamic prototypes. They aim for keyboard navigability and screen-reader compatibility but have not yet been independently audited at WCAG AA.
  • The booking flow uses a custom calendar widget; we are testing it with assistive-tech users and plan to add an accessible plain-form fallback in the next major update.

If something we've not listed prevents you from using the site, please tell us — we treat accessibility reports as priority issues.

Testing

This site has been tested against WCAG 2.1 Level AA using a combination of automated tools (axe, Lighthouse) and manual keyboard/screen-reader testing on macOS VoiceOver and Windows NVDA. We do not yet hold a third-party accessibility audit certificate; one is planned in 2026.
