Non-punitive policy
Disciplinary action will not be taken against any crew member who reports a safety concern in good faith. Gross negligence and wilful violations are excluded under standard Just Culture principles.

Confidentiality
Reporter identity is encrypted. Access to the master key requires two-person authorisation (DPA + one named officer). MLC 2006 onboard complaint procedures apply.

Process not person
Investigations target systemic and human factors causes (the nine SIRE 2.0 Performance Influencing Factors), not individual blame.

Data protection
UK DPA 2018 / GDPR compliant. Records retained for 7 years per ISM Code Section 12. You may request access to or deletion of your data via the DPA.
